THE THEME OF MERCY IN THE POEMS OF Ä°SMAÄ°L SAFA

Ä°smail Safa’nın ÅŸiirlerinde “merhamet” teması önemli bir yer tutar. Ä°smail
Safa; ihtiyarların, genç kız ve kadınların, çocukların ve fizikî engellilerin
maÄŸduriyetini dramatik bir üslûpla ifade etmektedir. Åžair; toplum
içerisindeki bazı kiÅŸilerin, maÄŸdurların sorunları karşısında duyarsızlaÅŸmalarına
karşın bazı kiÅŸilerinse oldukça duyarlı ve vicdanlı davrandıklarına
dikkat çeker. O, merhamet temalı ÅŸiirlerini çoÄŸunlukla manzum
hikâye formuyla yazmıştır. Ä°smail Safa, manzum hikâye formuyla yazdığı

içerisinde maÄŸdur edilen yaÅŸlıların maÄŸduriyetine yer verir; onların maÄŸduriyetlerinin
